Coming from the small town of Columbia, South Carolina, beat crafter Myles Jaeger takes a swing at creating music compositions that make you wanna press that repeat button. At the young age of 12 years old, he stumbled upon a music production app called GarageBand and began tinkering with little music loops, adding more and more elements and before he knew it, he was creating full songs. As he got older around the age of 17, he started learning more and more about music theory and sound design, which led him to start taking his composing and creating more serious.
Genres aren't an obstacle for him as he tends to incorporate multiple influences throughout every song he makes. Some of the main ones include future bass, jazz, lofi, trap, funk, as well as others. It's somewhat difficult describing what his music sounds like. There's a bunch of textures and vibrant colors sprinkled throughout, plus some wonky and swingy drums laced in structure.
From nature to conversation to the silence of the breeze, he finds inspiration from various roots, musical friends, family, and personal experiences that mold him into the person he is today.
